HOWEVER, THERE ARE A COUPLE GLITCHES IN THE SYSTEM. The system doesn't recognize common numbers for cartridges, such as HP56 or Dell Series 5, you need to type in the Cartridge Part Number. For example, to bring up an HP 56, you need to enter "6656", which can be found on the box or cartridge.
